GTC Environmental is expanding, and we’re looking for reliable, hardworking grounds maintenance operatives to join our growing team. Operating across England and Wales, we deliver professional services in tree surgery, landscaping, grounds maintenance and fencing to a wide range of domestic and commercial clients.

The Role
You will be working as part of a team (and occasionally independently) carrying out a variety of grounds maintenance tasks across residential and commercial sites. Duties include grass cutting, hedge trimming, pruning, w**d control, and general site upkeep, with opportunities to support wider projects in landscaping, fencing, and tree works.

What We’re Looking For
- A strong work ethic and attention to detail
- Ability to work outdoors in all weather conditions
- Experience in grounds maintenance or landscaping (preferred but not essential)
- Full UK driving licence (desirable)
- Good teamwork and communication skills

We’re excited to share some of the latest additions to our fleet this month, all carefully chosen to enhance the way we deliver our services for our clients.

First up is our 1-ton high lift dumper. This compact but powerful machine is ideal for moving materials efficiently across tight or uneven sites. With its high lift capability, it makes loading skips, trucks, or raised areas quicker and safer, helping us improve turnaround times while reducing manual handling.

We’ve also invested in a 16m tracked cherry picker, giving us safe and reliable access. Its tracked design allows it to operate on rough or sensitive ground with minimal disruption, while the 16-metre reach means reach trees more efficiently and can take on high-level maintenance, with greater precision and safety.

Finally, the Grillo 110 Climber mower is a game changer in vegetation clearance in challenging terrain.
