Bit of an honesty post:

We all know times are tough at present, and have been for a while now.

As a self-employed team, we recognise that.

We do what we can to keep costs down for our clients and are prepared to be patient to start the job or wait a couple of days for the invoice to be settled.

Currently on a job, which has been hot, dirty, dusty and full on.

The client not only has made savoury nibbles to help keep the team going, but today gave me a wobbly lip moment.

They made a cake, that works with my dietary requirements, and tastes amazing.

Worked late today and as I left, they passed me a whole cake to take home with me.

Certainly do not expect this from any client, and am very grateful.

Be kind to your trades people. They really appreciate a regular cuppa - and now cake….

Happy St George’s Day!

Team MSMS have completed their latest project, and it’s one we’re rather proud to have been called upon to complete.

St. John’s church in the centre of Burgess Hill is a Grade 2 listed building which highlights the many different styles and types of bricks that used to be manufactured in town.

We were asked to redecorate the entry doors. which required redecorating 10 years ago!, and the guttering and 4 drain pipes on the lower elevation.

Latest project completed - built off site, delivered to client today.

Client wanted a bespoke media cabinet like in photo 2, laid out like photo 1, then changed all the dimensions, just to add to the fun!

Team MSMS have been at it again!

Latest completed project:

Client had cold concrete floor and cold walls in the toilet area of an ‘H’ shaped WC/shower room, and a broken concealed cistern. So we fixed it all!

Exterior works included clearing gutter, sealing around rendered area potentially allowing damp ingress and exterior drain area repaired.
