At the Dulux Academy, we have been so proud to support the largest online construction based community in the UK, On The Tools, to help highlight the key issues affecting female workers, and how the construction and painting and decorating industries can adapt to make this a more attractive career choice for women.

Women On the Tools was designed to uncover what it is like to be a woman in the trade and uncover the lack of equity that currently exists for women within the industry. It not only identifies and challenges the inequalities encountered by women on-site, but celebrates what can be a fantastic career option for so many.

Well as we are on the last month of 2022, it’s good to look back on some of the projects we have completed this year.
We don’t always find the time to post as we have been pretty none stop 2022 and enjoyed every moment.
We learn something new everyday and embrace all new experiences and opportunities that we are given.
We would like to thank every single customer for having us, we have really met some wonderful people this year.
