Some January work . Roof repair to cover a hole left by previous “ repair “ have advised the customer to invest in a full replacement fully fix this problem. But resolved cost effectively for now .

Broken off and stuck nut and bolt . Heated and removed. New suppled and fitted.

New flush arm to replace broken one . And finally removed shower trap clean out . Re seal and test . All good now .

Had a call from the managing agent.. the gate won’t lock on the storage area. The building had no diagonal bracing so had started to lean over . I pulled it straight added turn buckle adjustment and internal bracing.. all solid, level now AND the doors line up and lock .

Some of the small jobs just to tidy things up . First clean the roof , refresh white render and then fit a new solar number plate . Second , wash the shed and repaint , finally refresh stones in side passage 2 tons of 20mm stone .

Another plumbing adjustment.. a new square sink into the old rounded hole .. keeping the draw under the drainer .
