Welcome 👋🏼 to our new business page as frustrating as this is we have decided to come back to Facebook after a very busy and stubborn summer off... If you were wondering where we’ve been sadly our well established Facebook business account we had running for 5 years was deleted by Facebook after one of our personal accounts was hacked in March days after this we were then shut down for apparently violating Facebooks rules... for a reason unknown to us Facebook shut our page down with no warning or no opportunity to appeal. ( We still don’t know why as all we post is groundwork! ) As a small business we’ve worked hard to grow our social media organically we’ve never done paid ads or competitions so as you can imagine this was extremely frustrating the page had all our 5⭐️ reviews along with our portfolio of work and our supplier connections luckily most of this was backed up on our Instagram page and website if you want to check those out.

We did write to Facebook Help Center many times and soon realised that it is just a BIG black hole and we were wasting our time.
Thankfully this hasn’t had a big impact on our business as 90% of our work is through recommends but we have missed being able to share our transformations with the Facebook community!

We do still have limited access to some of our customer reviews and have shared what we can with you in this post as well as some of our previous work.
