✨ Another stunning transformation completed ✨

We initially tried to talk our customer out of having a new floor, but he wanted to give the space a fresh modern look — and we’re so glad he did 🙌

We started by applying a P141 grit primer over the existing ceramic tiles, followed by 1200 Pro Latex to create a strong, solid base ready for installation 💪

The finished result is this beautiful Naked Blonde Oak herringbone floor, finished with an elegant ice feature strip border 🤩🔥

Safe to say the customer was absolutely over the moon with the final result 🌟the customer is ready to finish his project and awaiting a custom carpet to be fitted

🔥 Wild Amber Oak LVT plank fitted throughout this full renovation project 🔥

🏠 The customer stripped the property back to a shell, and we latexed the entire area to create a solid, clean base ready for installation.

👨‍🔧 Once the kitchen was fitted, we returned to install this beautiful oak plank flooring, giving the home a warm, modern finish ✨

🚧✨ WHAT A TRANSFORMATION ✨🚧
The pro lay team started this project with a full dig out, removing 28 tonnes 🚛 before installing brand-new edgings, a Type 3 hardcore sub-base 🪨 and permeable concrete to create a strong, solid foundation 💪 for our customer’s new resin driveway.

The customer chose a stunning coral blue border 🔵 with a bespoke blend for the main driveway, including carefully selected mixed stone colours 🎨 to give it a truly unique finish ✨

The end result is a beautiful, maintenance-free resin driveway 🏡 with plenty of off-road parking space for all their vehicles 🚗🚙🚐

Extra care was needed during the excavation 🚜 due to the number of services running through the garden — and lucky we did, because we found just about every pipe possible 😅🚰

✨🔥 Another bespoke resin driveway completed 🔥✨

🛠️ For this project, we first built up the area using a bulk resin base to achieve the correct levels and create a solid foundation.

⬛ We then installed a 10-inch border in Acero Grid Marble, finished with a stunning 🔵 Coral Blue main field

🎨 The customer wanted to go one step further and include a custom design feature — and the finished result really does speak for itself 👌🔥

Also completed today was an LVT herringbone in a beautiful Massimo English Oak finish 🔥

We started by latexing throughout the area using a 1200 Pro, creating the perfect base before fitting the LVT seamlessly.

LVT completed for Davies Property Developments a silver birch plank finish — as always, they made this an easy one for us by taking care of all the prep work 🙌

Kitchen plinths and skirtings were already removed, so we could get straight to it and deliver a clean, efficient install.

Camaro Arctic Slate LVT with an Ice feature strip – completed ✨🏡

We prepped the floor with 1200 Pro Latex and installed the tiles in a brick/stack bond pattern 🔧🧱 The finish looks amazing and really brings the space together 😍

Now it’s ready for the final touch – fresh paint 🎨 – and the customer can fully enjoy their transformed room 🙌

🔥 What a transformation on this one! 🔥

The existing floor was in a really poor condition 😬, so we installed 9mm flooring-grade ply throughout the entire property 🏠, followed by a full feather finish to achieve a smooth, near-perfect surface 👌

We then fitted Amtico Bleached Oak in a straight plank layout 🌿, and the results speak for themselves 😍
