Still can’t believe people are still lighting fires in the park🙄

HOW TO MAKE A GRASS SEED HEAD!
You will need, grass or cress seed, damp compost, clean tights, glue, googly eyes & mouth, small jam jar.
Put tbsp of seed in foot of tights, make sure it’s right at the foot
Put enough compost to make a nice round shape, use your hands to squeeze & form the shape
Tie a knot to make the neck close to the compost
Make a nose by pinching out the filled tights & then tie with an elastic band(you can do this to make ears too)
Stick on eyes & a mouth then trim the tights
Leave a tail to sit in a jar with water as it should suck the water all the way up
Keep moist, you can spray with water if needed
Wait for it to grow then snip away😁
Why not make a grass seed family😁😁😁

A great day in Brighton to meet other passionate growers and find some seeds that you can’t buy

Not long left until the UK’s biggest and longest-running community seed swap event, Seedy Sunday! The event is on the 2nd of February from 10:30am until 4pm at Bhasvic College. There will be so much to learn about and you will get the chance to swap your seeds! What to expect? A Seed Swap Area with a variety of seeds, experts in seed saving, interesting talks, a Market Place with all things seedy for sale, community groups and charities, tasty food and drink from and fun activities for children and parents. See you all there!! 🌱
