Upon inspection I have found bottom door bracket pin has felt out causing door to drop ever so slightly and making it difficult to lock the door. Door has been readjusted and works as it was when new

Conservatory refurbishment. Lovely conservatory upon inspection it appeared that wooden window sills rotten all around due to leaking gutters and general wear over years.
Wooden sills replaced all around window supports replaced , good exterior primer all around and few coats of Black Satin finish to get this amazing result

French double doors job 🛠️🧰

I was asked by my client to repair these doors
Two most common problems with these type of doors due to age and wear are daylight gaps allowing wind into the house and second issue its difficult to open due to door dropping and sticking
I have adjusted these doors back to original position . Results doors opening and closing easy and there is no more daylight gap

Had an emergency call to come out investigate and repair toilet leak. Outcome toilet coupling kit completely perished including toilet flush seal letting water through. All above replaced with new,sealed and water tested 👍💦

Took on this job last week to help out elderly couple . Job was to sort out damp walls , clear out the area , fence and gate painting . Overall good results place is staring to look fresh again 👍
