🏗️ Extension progress update

The blockwork is really starting to take shape now, with the new walls going up and the footprint of the extension becoming much clearer.

Plenty of progress on site, with insulation, cavity work and masonry all moving forward nicely. It’s great to see the new space beginning to come together.

Good progress on this project 👷‍♂️

Prestige has completed the brickwork and carpentry package on this build, and we’ll be returning to carry out the rendering, plastering and 2nd fix carpentry as the project moves forward.

Great to see the job taking shape and another project where we’re delivering multiple trades from start to finish.

Completed in 2025, this single-storey glazed rear extension combines facing brickwork with anthracite aluminium corner glazing, three-track sliding doors and a roof lantern.

Our work included the foundations, insulated floor, cavity brickwork, structural steelwork, warm flat roof, aluminium glazing, plastering, electrical work and decoration. The completed extension creates a bright new living space with a strong connection to the garden.
