Progress in drawing is almost never visible week to week. That doesn't mean it's not happening.

I see this all the time in my art groups. Someone's convinced they haven't improved at all, and then I ask them to show me something they drew two months ago.

The change is always there. You're just too close to it to see it in real time šŸ¤

What's one thing you'd draw again if you gave yourself permission?

Not something you think you should draw. Not something that would impress anyone.

Just the one thing you'd actually enjoy drawing if nobody was watching and it didn't need to be good.

Getting the kit out again.
