We have won an Award! We are very proud to have received 3rd Place in an International Design Competition.

The idea was to conceptualized a Lifeguard Tower as an architectural element that, with its visual art, will become reference points for tourist cities, adding value to the natural and urban environment.

Grand Residency, a luxury apartment complex, and our second project in Mumbai, is now complete and ready to be occupied. Located in the highly desirable Bandra-Kurla Complex corridor, the Grand Residency boasts 54 luxury apartments finished to a high spec.

We are especially proud of the ethos applied to the design and construction, as an alternative response to the urban sprawl. The complex maintains a strong link to nature, especially visible in the Vertical Landscape that spans the building. Each apartment has generous terrace garden, in addition to a shared roof garden that will form the hub of social interactions. The complex also has a state-of-the-art gymnasium, spa and pool available to all residents.

Some stills from an animated walkthrough we made for a large-scale extension in Pontyclun. The two-storey extension has nearly doubled the floor space available for the Client's growing family. The project is currently on site and progressing nicely. We hope to see it complete by Christmas.

This is one of our most recent projects, involving a new-build detached dwelling, designed to perfectly suit the owner's lifestyle. The front elevation merges with the surrounding architectural vernacular. At the rear, we could play with materials to make the structure stand out. We especially like the interplay between warm and cool materials.

Some weeks ago, we secured planning permission for this new dwelling in Newport after long negotiations with the planners. The project is already on site, and progressing well. It will be exciting to see it take shape over the next few months. See the build progress below, against the CGI we had commissioned.
