Full Terms & Conditions
1. Booking & Deposits
To secure any work or appointment, a deposit must be paid at the time of booking.
The booking is not confirmed until the deposit has been received in full.
All deposits will be applied toward the total cost of the work/service and deducted from the final invoice.
2. Non-Refundability
All deposits are non-refundable. This fee compensates the business for administrative time, date reservation, and the loss of other potential work for that time slot.
3. Cancellations & Rescheduling
If a client cancels a booking for any reason, the deposit will be retained by the business.
Requests to reschedule may be considered but are not guaranteed. If a reschedule is granted, the deposit may be transferred to the new date at the business's discretion.
Any refunds or credits issued due to extreme or extenuating circumstances are at the sole discretion of management and are not a guarantee of future exceptions.
