Nexus House at its core is a place for life and research, with the library at its centre.

The plan develops around a hexagonal room of books, set within a cloister and courtyard. The home lies to the south. Working laboratories and AI research spaces sit to the north. The pool house opens to the west and evening sun.

To the east, entry to the courtyard is through a series of centre pivot glass petals. These open towards a secret arboretum within. The landscape is the inner life of the home.
