Why are w**ds around your property a problem? Weeds have a very strong root system that has the ability to grow in very small gaps and cracks in concrete, block paving and tarmac. Over time this loosens the material and begins to break it up. When temperatures drop and the moisture in the ground freezes and expands the gaps can widen and more w**ds will invade the area, and so the cycle continues until, in extreme cases a new driveway or even a wall is needed.
