All the woodwork in this room was handmade by my retired carpenter client in the 80’s and finished in walnut stain including the coving🤪
We decided it was a bit oppressive so we funked it up with some period colours😎

I think I’ll talk them around to something more classy 👌 oh and that ceiling is crying out for colour drenching, white ceilings are great for creating height but it’s not needed here👍

Final shots on this project, beautiful oak doors I finished in danish oil, flooring all done and the sandstone steps in, looks like a great space to chill🍷

Progress update👌I’ll get more shots of the oak doors, flooring and sandstone steps next week
Colours, F&B Pigeon and Railings with white accents and trim, shaker units finished in F&B Off Black.
This snug is gonna be a cool space to hang out, Right next to the wine🍷

This one will be interesting 🧐
Kitchen extension, utility and toilet, the old kitchen area will become second reception/snug
The chipboard wall will be bifold doors finished in F&B off black to match the kitchen/utiliy units
Flooring will be karndean herringbone oak with sandstone steps 💪
