We are currently seeking a skilled or semi-skilled landscaper / builder to join our growing team at ReeCreate Ltd.

Due to a strong pipeline of confirmed projects, we have a minimum of 6 months consistent work available, with more projects still to book in.

The role will involve:• All aspects of landscaping (patios, driveways, turfing, groundwork)• Garden rooms and structural building work• Assisting on extensions and larger residential projects

Requirements:
✔️ Proven experience in landscaping and/or building
✔️ Strong work ethic and reliability
✔️ Full UK driving licence & own transport
✔️ Ability to work as part of a small, professional team

📍 Work located in Chelmsford, Braintree & surrounding areas

💰 Competitive pay — based on experience and ability, Self employed position, must have a UTR or CIS number

Much needed added parking space on this property in harlow, charcoal block inside a silver haze border, 2 x recessed manholes and aco drainage.

Porcelain patio in great leighs.
Customer chose these lovely porcelain tiles, full dig out and prep, finished off with gtfk grout, new recessed manhole cover and a tight cut around the downpipe, all the little details always make a job.

Driveway, path and new turf in Springfield.
After doing the back garden it was time to tackle the front, full dig out and prep, 200mm sub base under the shingle drive way, left ready for block paving at a later date when funds allow, new kandla grey sandstone path leading up to the door, nee topsoil and turf for a better kerb appeal, completely changed the look of the front of this property

Drain repair and refresh of the sleepers in springfield.
The old drain had given up and was causing damp problems, lifted and relaid a few slabs after fixing the issue.

Kids area finished all in a days work.
Close friends have been been battling to get this finished off, sometimes family and day to day life just takes over.
Sleepers in, secured with protected hidden fence posts, 2 layers of membrane, kids play bark in and all sleepers with curved top edges done with a router to stop any sharp corners for the kids.

Artificial grass installation in cressing.
Lifted the previous poor quality and badly laid artificial grass, reminded me of market stall grass.
Prepped with a concrete edging round the whole peremiter, re fixed in some of the loose edging blocks on a new bed and slurry primer, topped up and levelled with grano dust, non woven membrane underneath the grass to stop any crunch and make it feel even softer under foot for the kids, 35mm supreme laid, glued snd screwed around the perimeter so it cant be lifted like the previous did being held in by 4” nails.
