While the design is essential to the structure of the garden, its ongoing story is told through the detail of quality planting and personal aftercare. It will continue to evolve through maintaining the health of the planting and seasonal detail of changing pots and bulbs. Summer may feel like a long way away but it will come soon enough. Remember the warm long days. We thought we would give a little reminder of thinking of a summer day with water trickling abd the bees buzzing. We all need it on these short grey days.

This is a little something we created along with the amazing for one of our design and buils. This was installed about 4 years ago and we are popping back to sort out a problem with it and have it back up and running soon. We always stay in touch with clients and help out any future issues that may arise. Lucky we do not have many but with the best will it happens. At least our client know we are there for them if something does happen.

Came across this garden today that we built 12 years ago! Really i hear you shout but it looks so current and fresh. Great design can create the feeling of a timeless garden. Although garden fashions do change it is slow and gardens can be updated and we love being at the forefront of great design so your investment will stand the test of time.

What to push the limits of what you can get out of the garden and create something really special for yourselves, then invest in the design process. It will get you so much more than you ever imagined.

So our predictions for next year: more outdoor living and wellness, saunas, coldwater tubs, outdoor baths to go alongside that kitchen all in naturalistic planting. So exciting to see if we are right ....

We love creating outdoor living spaces to really be in. This garden has it all hot tub, cold water plunge pool and covered outdoor kitchen and chill out space and a vegetable plot to grow food for the bbqs. Design and built completely in house with our team has meant very detail of the design concept was bought to life.

Now that's a hole!!!!! There is so much more than clients will ever know when building beautiful spaces. Being landscaper is never boring. Thank you, , for bringing your artist eye every day to site. Great artists should aim big and build landscapes. The team has such attention to detail and work so hard to achieve big things. Thanks to the team as a clients dream cannot be built solo in a day.

The beginning of making an unused boring side space into a fabulous courtyard with a fitted bench and coffee table for a lovely nook to relax in. The house has been built by the beautiful and house were designed by .everitt.architects, and it needs the landscaping it deserves. We have designed the walls to look like they were built with the house, and as this space is directly outside the master bedroom suit, we wanted it to feel part of the house. Cannot wait to show the end results when all the plants are in to soften this space and bring it alive.

Love doing an entrance to a home. It is so important to take a breath and know you can relax. Just finshing a gorgeous Cotswold cottage near Painswick.

Not all paths need to be straight. This is designed to make you slow down and meander and look at the plants. Planting just needs to mature, and we got it planted in perfect time for the rain to do the watering!

We so need this rain. Let's gope it is enough, but not too much.

This was an unusable slope that had an incredible view across the Cotswolds. We designed a usable space to have a journey up and give a place to rest on the way with an artist retreat at the top. A wildflower meadow gives low maintenance planting in this awkward place. Who wouldn't feel creative up there in a quiet space?

Need some shade.........creat a corner of the garden that becomes a nestle shadey apot. There are so many ways to create this. This wonderdul arched pergola will be covered in the wisteria and will be spectacular. The hoggin dust on the ground is a bit red at the moment, but it dulls down to a softer colour. We can not wait to return in a few years to see this develop

I was infilling a few dead plants today. I had so much office work to do, clients demands to meet. Then i get to a garden we have just finished to pop in a few failed plants. Its raining i need to be elsewhere. Then i am hit with this......gardens bloom, the rain falls, bees buzz anyway. Sometimes we just need to stand still and appreciate the now.

Happy now people.

Take a moment and look and listen. There is so much in the here and now and happening. Looking back on this photo i should have taken a few moments to have seen more. How the rain brings out the rocks, how textures of plants work together, which insects prefer which plants. All i saw was weeds and I felt wet. Now i want to revisit this moment. Hope the client has many momets here. Gardens should evoke emotions. Nature in a safe place.

It has been a great project to transform a new build garden into this relaxing and calming space. We are so nearly there, and the finishing touches make all the difference. A faulty pond pump had to be reordered and has just arrived to be fitted next week. We can not wait until the water is flowing to complete the japanese garden that is made use of a side area that is often forgotten about. Now it maybe the most stylish part of the whole space. The wildlife pond is settling in, and it will be so exciting to watch how it matures and what wildlife decides to call it home. This project has been designed and built by us, and the extremely busy client has given so much trust in us, it has been a joy to create this garden for them to unwind in.
