The Jolly Gardeners, Chester: A Stunning Transformation

We are incredibly proud of our work on The Jolly Gardeners, a Grade II Listed building in Chester. What was once a dull and empty building has been transformed into one of the city’s most stunning pub’s.

It was a true honor to collaborate with such a wonderful client on this beautiful building. We successfully secured Planning and Listed Building Consent for sensitive alterations, including the conversion of the first floor from manager’s accommodation to a restaurant. Our comprehensive package also included full Building Regulations and Construction packages, with seamless coordination alongside the excellent team at

The interiors, masterfully crafted by Ben, Joe, and their team are a true credit to their vision and skill. We remain amazed by the complete transformation.
