Before and after of Complete bathroom removal and refit completed
On Gladstone Ave on Chester.
A lot of rotten floorboards replaced and pipe work improved.
So much brighter. This was completed in order to sell the house for maximum return.

En-Suite shower enclosure and floor completed.
My customer was going for dark and calm with their 100% slate finish.
The floor was finished level with the shower base that gradually sloped into the drain point. Just the addition of a glass screen (not seen in pics).
Once cleaned and sealed. The unique colours and striations in the slate really pop.
I was careful the place the most vivid in areas where they would be seen and noticed.

Lovely homely bathroom completed on Curzon Park, Chester.
When the old basin unit was removed, it was found to be making up part of the wall! No wonder it was always cold in there according to the customer.
Re blocked the wall, insulation, installed a new window and then cracked on.
Re tiled the shower cubical and also tiled a feature wall behind the new slipper bath and floor standing taps.
The rest of the walls were completed in wood panneling.
Floor tiled and then finished off with the towel rail and new basin unit, sink and loo.
