✅ Don’t disappear for days then reappear demanding an instant reply
✅ Don’t send threating messages because we didn’t answer WhatsApp within 30 minutes while we’re actually working
Unfortunately, we’re plumbers, not a 24-hour relationship counselling service.
If you’ve previously wasted our time, forgotten to cancel appointments, and then get upset when we don’t drop everything immediately for you, we’re probably not the company for you.
