​You know us for looking after your trees, but lately, we’ve had a lot of clients asking us for a specific kind of help. We’ve heard from a few people that their regular contractors haven't been turning up, and they've asked if we could step in and help out around the garden or premises.

​Normally, we'd have to say no because it's not a service we offer and we absolutely hate not being able to help our clients out when they're in a pinch!

​So, we decided to do something about it.
​We aren't officially launching just yet, but let's just say we’ve been busy behind the scenes getting ready to keep your properties looking sharp from the very top of the canopy right down to the ground. 🌾✂️

🚨 KRAKEN ARB UPDATE: We’re still here, still working, and massively grateful. 🚨

​First things first, check out this incredible transformation! Check our the 'Before & After' of a hedge removal job we recently completed over in Beighton, S20. Total clearance, leaving the garden looking spacious, clean, and ready for summer. 🪵✨

​You might have noticed we’ve been a bit quiet on social media lately. We want to apologise for the lack of posts, but behind the scenes, we’ve been facing a massive hurdle. As many of you know, we recently had our vital business equipment stolen.

​To say we are devastated is an understatement. The case is still very much open with the police, but to be completely honest, we are seriously disappointed with Derbyshire Constabulary . Communication from them has been non-existent, and we feel completely ignored during a time when a small business needs them most.

​But we will NOT let this go, and we will NOT allow them to ruin Kraken Arb. 💪🐙

​The only reason we are standing strong is because of YOU—our incredible community. We are endlessly grateful to everyone who has supported us, shared our posts, and sent in CCTV footage and information following the theft on the 12th of May. Your kindness has kept us going.

​To our amazing customers who we had to temporarily put on hold due to this situation: Toni is currently working her way through the list and will be in touch shortly to get you all booked back in. Thank you so much for your patience and understanding.

​We’re down, but we are absolutely not out. Kraken Arb is still running, still delivering award-standard work, and still clearing up South Yorkshire, Derbyshire and Nottinghamshire one garden at a time!

POV: You spend all day climbing and cutting just to let the local low-lifes have a shopping spree in the back of your van. 🤡

​Worked hard for the gear, worked harder for the money, and it’s gone in 60 seconds. If anyone in the grassmoor, chesterfield area sees 500i chainsaw, blower or climbing kit being sold cheap, you know where they came from. Stay safe out there, lads. 😤🛠️

​Our small family business was hit yesterday in Chesterfield, and these scumbags took our livelihood. We are gutted. They didn't just stop at our work gear; they also stole birthday presents (a garden parasol/weights) and cricket equipment from our neighbors.

Morning everyone,
We are reaching out with some difficult news. Unfortunately, our business was recently targeted by a theft, and all of our essential equipment has been stolen. While we are grateful that our vehicle was left behind, the loss of our tools has temporarily halted our ability to operate.
Toni will be contacting everyone with an existing booking over the next two weeks to discuss the next steps.
As a small, family-run business, this is a devastating blow that affects our ability to support our family. We are working closely with the Holmewood, Grassmoor, Calow and Arkwright Police SNT and our insurance providers to get back on our feet, but as these processes take time, there may be a delay before we are fully operational again.
We have provided the authorities with CCTV and dashcam footage. We sincerely apologize for this inconvenience and appreciate your patience and support during this incredibly challenging time.
