There’s plenty to tackle here in a new customer’s garden, but progress is slow and steady. Today, I mowed the grass—perfectly fine for December as long as the weather’s dry and no frost is on the horizon. I left it slightly longer than usual, which is ideal for this time of year. I also began uncovering the path, but unfortunately ran out of bin space before finishing. With a bit of luck and good weather, I’ll be back in a few weeks to pick up where I left off!

Here are some before and after pictures of a lovely garden I was lucky enough to work in the other day.

The flower beds had just become a bit jumbled with a few self set plants causing the bed and the plants within it to lose its definition and order. I also uncovered a wall and levelled out some azaleas to make things look a bit more uniform and managed.

Still some work to do but we’re making progress! 😊

It’s almost time to prune roses that are tall or positioned in exposed and windy areas. This gets them ready for the winter months and reduces damage caused by wind rock. This is a service I provide so get in touch if you need some help! 😊
