One of the enjoyable parts of my job is getting to work with such a variety of clients and houses.

Today I had a meeting following an initial feasibility to extend the ground floor of a 3 bedroom semi detached house.

Increasing the property from circa 1,100 to 1,300sqft

Immediately after a meeting with a client we previously achieved planning for to discuss next steps.

The scheme was a ground floor extension and new master suite in the loft to the existing 4 bedroom detached house

Increasing the property from circa 2,200 to 3,600sqft

A Feasibility for the significant enlargement and elevational alteration of a 1970's house in Bickley.

The scheme increases the existing house of 2,700sqft to 5,400sqft.

It provides 5 reception rooms, home gym study and shower room to the ground floor.

First and second floors provide 5 bedrooms, 5 bathrooms and 3 dressing rooms.

Landscaping and a new garden room are also proposed.

Planning to provide stair access to the upper two levels of a clock tower in a grade Ii listed building.

Quite a challenge to ensure no conflict with the windows whilst providing compliant staircases

Amazing views across Bromley albeit a very small space.

Something a little different this week! A significant property that requires no extension but the huge open plan space at the rear simply doesn’t work for the owner.

Nice to receive a personal recommendation from a previous client, and secure new business. The new neighbours of a previous instruction commissioned us last week to extend and rework their property. Situated on a private road in Chislehurst with a steep fall at the rear of the property.

We have proposed a large lower ground floor extension wrapping around the existing basement plant/storage, this creates living space with direct garden access.

Two small rear extensions at entrance level are also proposed, the basement extension additionally creates a large ground floor rear terrace.

A very positive pre-app on our latest Cornwall site on Monday.

A dilapidated 2 bed house that we are proposing to demolish and replace with 2x1 bed and 2x2 bed houses.

Revised site and sections showing the reduction in height to the rear 2x2 bed houses.
