Last week, we hosted a special customer dinner at Borough Kitchen Battersea in collaboration with Mauviel 1830 and Le Logis Sainte Catherine.

Chef Thibault Schach brought the cooking and philosophy of Le Logis to London with a menu inspired by Normandy’s culinary heritage, using locally sourced ingredients.

The evening concluded with a Q&A with Valérie Gilbert, seventh-generation owner and President of Mauviel, and Borough Kitchen founders Justin Kowbel and David Caldana.
