WOW, really overwhelmed to read this feedback the other day! :D
"I purchased a cottage in the Cheltenham area a few months ago and needed to renovate the bathroom. Stu met me at the cottage and after listening carefully to my brief and a long wish list, he advised me accordingly and realistically. Stu was the Project Manager and led the team of other trades. He set out the itinerary with timescales, an important aspect as I live in London. I needed someone to understand my requirements, take control and crack on. I just gave him the keys and that is what he did. Stu has such a keen eye for detail, a perfectionist but doesn't overpower your wishes. His craftsmanship, in my opinion is first class and faultless. It’s so perfect that I refer to his carpentry as artwork!! Stu is an expert and full of knowledge.
He is organised, communicated with me appropriately, backed up with photos of his progress at key stages. He coordinated all the trades seamlessly and completed the project on time and on budget. Stu is trustworthy, honest, reliable, respectful, very hardworking, clean, tidy ensuring that all my carpet and furniture was covered and protected. I thank you so much for the above.
