The lifts have the options of handrails, hydraulic or manual bridging lips mesh curtains PVC roller safety blinds integrated electrical control systems along with bespoke loading houses and access ramps.

As you will see from the pictures below Dock Solutions are able to give your old lift a new lease of life and improve the safety of your existing scissor lift.

DOCK SOLUTIONS BRIDGE PLATE

Where space is an issue or you need a solution to your loading bay that doesn’t require digging out a pit for the installation of a Dock Leveller then a Bridging plate or Edge of Dock could well be the answer.

Manufactured to our same high standards it can you give you the same safe working loads as a Dock Leveller but taking up a fraction of the space.

Both are operated manually with the Bridging plate being assisted by a gas strut and the Edge of Dock being counterbalanced for ease of operation.

The Bridging plates can be made from either steel or aluminium non slip plate.

The image on the left shows the bridge plate in the open and closed position along with a set of Dock Solutions adjustable neoprene dock bumpers and a Dock Solutions DS3000 retractable shelter.

The system was completed with safety traffic lights to control the loading bay operation.

The telescopic leveller offers you safe operational control being able to place the extending lip exactly were it is required enabling you to load your vehicle fully to the rear. Available in any type of configuration ranging from length, width Load capability etc along with the installation choice of standard pit mounted, suspended or cast in models. The leveller deck is designed to flex laterally by 100mm in each direction to compensate for vehicle tilt while remaining extremely rigid longitudinally.
