Over Christmas I messaged and was trying to arrange for him to visit Garry, unfortunately as we all know Garry took a turn for the worst over the New Year and then we received the devastating news that we lost him so sadly Ally never got the chance.
Tonight I received a call from Ally and basically just told him about the great man we’ve just lost, and recounted a story that came out at Garrys funeral about the time Garry and Figure 5 met Ally after a gig in Camden years ago, and told him the picture of that night was shown the other week.
Ally has asked to give all the family his absolute best and he’s so sorry he didn’t get to meet Garry, and he’s asked us to get in touch if we’re going to do any fundraisers on the future.
Top man! Thank you for taking the time , would have been made up mate 💙
