Job description

This role will be carrying out building maintenance works on untenanted social housing properties, previous experience in this line of work will be a advantage. Works can vary between small maintenance jobs and larger refurbs including kitchen and bathroom fitting. The ability to work as a team is essential as you would be part of a two person team carrying out works daily. Previous experience in the following trades is important.

-Painting & Decorating
-Kitchen installations
-Bathroom installations
-Carpentry
-Plumbing
-Floor laying (preferable)
-Plastering (preferable)

The ideal candidate will have a full clean drivers license and be able to provide basic PPE including safety boots.

We are a property maintenance firm specialising in void maintenance for local social housing associations. Due to expansion we are currently seeking labourers to work along side a multi trade operative carrying out maintenance work in void properties. Works will vary from small maintenance jobs to larger refurbs including decorating properties and installing kitchen/bathroom upgrades. Previous experience in painting and decorating is necessary as well as the desire to learn and progress across various trades.
Full clean drivers license preferable.
