Latest project completed and signed off by building control 🙌 A wall was partially taken down to create a more open plan kitchen diner. It allowed for a small island to be added along with extra cupboard space. The existing kitchen was updated and added to. New flooring, tiling, appliances and electrics. Downstairs cloakroom created using a cupboard under the stairs. We were very lucky that an existing soil stack was directly behind the wall in the garage. Our customer will hugely benefit from this addition and will have likely added value to their property.

How gorgeous is this bathroom 🛀

Taken completely back (3 layers of tiles🥵) fully skimmed and prepared ready to take this stunning new bathroom suite. In keeping with the age of the property a roll top bath was added and heritage style sink, toilet, radiator and tiles. With the addition of a herringbone floor which really sets off this new room.

The cupboard door was upcycled and timber accents were added above the windows.

🛀NEW BATHROOM 🚿

This bathroom was completely stripped out and fully skimmed. Careful planning ensured the client was able to replace the tired 3 piece suite with a shiny new 4 piece. This meant turning the door round to allow extra space.

🛀 Bathroom re-vamp 🚿

This customers bathroom wasn't old but they wanted to add a shower for a busy family home.

The existing bath was turned round to allow for an over the bath shower to be added.

I added a new towel radiator, new shower screen, taps, flooring and tiled.

The toilet and sink were kept the same.

This has created a more use able family bathroom.

Kitchen transformation ✅

The door into the kitchen was widened to allow easier access and give a spacious feeling.

The room was fully insulated, treated for damp and plastered.

Full complete rip out followed by fitting a handle less kitchen, all fitted appliances, plinth heaters, lighting, flooring along with a new consumer unit, new upvc window and door.
