PAS service contracts We are a local Bridgend based business, started up 16 years ago completing work for both private customers and local builders over this period of time.

Service and maintenance contract, includes annual service, gas safety check, repairs on all parts of the heating system and boiler, all parts and Labour included During the last 2 years, there has been growing demand for boiler , heating installation and maintenance. This developed into us setting up a peace of mind service contract for all friends, family and regular customers. The contract inclu

des: -annual service of boiler and heating systems -all boiler and radiator repairs -Garauntee callouts within 24hours -all parts and Labour covered - gas safety check The 1st service is free and the Contract can be left at any time if circumstances change with the customer and/or the property. There is no excess to pay like many National firms and communicate with the installation/ service engineer directly. We now have the structure in place to build up the clientele so branching out to social media. With winter few months away now is usually a good time to get your gas and heating checked out, so if you would like to benefit from our services then just call, email, wattsapp or message with your name and contact details so we can arrange an appointment �

“ As 2022 is coming to an end, we would just like to thank all our new and existing customers for signing up and staying with us, over the last few years we have seen a steady growth and built up a good clientele base and feel we have an excellent relationship with all customers, thank you.
However due to growing demand and rise in cost of boiler parts and materials (along with everything else) 🥴 we will be slightly be increasing service contracts to £14 a month from 1st of March 2023. All our existing customers or anyone signed up before then will still pay the standard £12
Just a note… the few call outs we had in the last few weeks were all attended and glad to say all fixed on the same day.
