PROJECT "Riverside"

We took on this massive project for one of our very good clients

8 bedrooms
3 ensuites
2 shower rooms
Communal area
Big kitchen

Still a wee bit more but no problem to the dream team.

PROJECT BROOMHILL.

We have the pleasure of transforming this fantastic but very dated Bungalow from something old to something new.

First things first THE KITCHEN!

We have removed the old Kitchen and the new one is on order from Exorna Kitchens

Matthew from MC Electrical has been out and measured up to move some sockets and also replace the old fluorescent tube lighting with nice modern spot lights.

Chris & Allen from NI Maintenance Services are popping out tomorrow to look at getting the plaster work sorted before the new kitchen goes in.

All that's left to organise is the flooring so I'll be on to my good friend Stevie Morrow shortly to get measured up and new flooring picked.

Then over to us to get the kitchen freshly painted.
