We are a small window and door company (based in Connahs Quay) seeking a reliable and hardworking Part-Time Driver & General Assistant to join our team.
This is a varied, hands-on role ideal for someone who enjoys being both on the road and involved in day-to-day operations within a busy business.
Key Responsibilities:
Delivering windows, doors, and related materials to customers and sites
Loading and unloading products safely and securely
Assisting in the office with basic administrative tasks as required
Supporting in the warehouse/unit with stock organisation and preparation
Carrying out small maintenance tasks around the unit
Ensuring company vehicles are kept clean and well maintained
The Ideal Candidate:
Holds a full, clean driving licence
Is punctual, dependable, and well organised
Has good communication skills and a friendly manner with customers
Is physically fit and comfortable with manual handling
Can work independently and use initiative
Has basic DIY/maintenance skills (preferred but not essential)
What We Offer:
2–3 days per week (flexible days to be agreed)

As we say goodbye to 2025 and look ahead to 2026, we’re proud to reflect on just how much we achieved over the past 12 months — far beyond our original expectations - thank you to all of our customers.

We’re back at it on Monday, with many projects already underway and new plans ready to roll out. It’s an exciting time, and we’re eager to start this year with the same momentum we finished with.

Our latest warm roof conservatory project was completed in Connahs Quay.

The customer had a fairly new glass roof installed previously but struggled with the heat in the summer and cold in the winter. Also the sun glare made it difficult to relax and watch TV so they didn't use the conservatory half as much as they would like to.

After going back this week to see how they are getting on with the new roof, they are so pleased they can use this space now as intended and told me they are in there all the time!!

What a difference a door makes!!

After a much needed holiday and some rest for myself and the family, it was nice to catch up with this customer who lives just down the road from us.

This customer opted for a Chartwell green composite door with chrome furniture and diamond pattern glass. They have already had so many compliments on their new door!! It's easy to see why
