Phase 1 completed at Gordon Terrace, Millbrook.

This stage of the project included rendering the rear chimney stack and rear wall, finished with a smooth, weatherproof coating designed to improve durability and appearance. Properly rendered chimney stacks help shield older brickwork from penetrating damp, frost damage, and ongoing deterioration caused by exposure to the elements.

Recently completed patio project on Carbeile Road, Torpoint.

This rear yard transformation involved extensive excavation work to create a safe, tiered patio area, improving both the appearance, practicality, and drainage of the space. The new layout now provides easy and convenient access to the service lane, while creating a far more functional and usable outdoor area.

Just finished our first patio of the year and Phase 1 of this garden transformation in Millbrook!

This garden is getting a well-deserved facelift — moving away from an old, traditional utility slabs to something much more stylish and welcoming.

We’ve installed lovely Black Natural Limestone paving, creating clean, modern patio areas that will be perfect for relaxing and entertaining. We also addressed the old walls with fresh render and capped them with limestone, giving everything a cleaner fresher finish.

It’s been a busy few months at Hayside 👷‍♂️✨

We’ve recently completed a full refurbishment, converting an extended garage into a beautiful living space, along with an annex and loft space — all completed from start to finish, including the installation of a stunning Howdens kitchen.

Great working alongside Rame Electrics LTD and Dave Holmes for all plumbing and boiler work, helping deliver this project to a high standard.

It’s been a busy October!
We’ve been hard at work on a refurbishment project at Maker, but we also took some time to help one of our long-term customers with a plastering job down in St. John before Christmas

We’ve still got a bit of space left in December for anyone wanting to get some plastering done before Christmas, and a couple of weeks free in mid-January too.

It was a busy September back in Cawsand, working with one of our long-standing clients we’ve had the pleasure of helping for years. We removed cracked and blown damp areas, applied several coats of lime render, and finished it off with a smooth, breathable lime finish. We love how lime brings new life to old walls — durable, natural, and made to last.

We’ve just wrapped up our second beach-inspired project — this time featuring a beautiful timber pergola to complete the look. Using the same serene blend of porcelain tiles, and natural pebbles, to create another calm, inviting space — perfect for quiet evenings and laid-back lounging.

We even had the pleasure of rehoming a few of the local wildlife in the process 🐸✨
