When space is tight, flat pack is right!

A local greengrocer needed storage that a shipping container just couldn’t deliver – the rear yard was far too narrow for lorries and cranes.

Our flat pack containers were carried straight through, built quickly on site, and now give him the solid, secure storage he needs.

The first two galvanised units look fantastic – and he’s already thinking about adding four more!

Exciting times. Our new display site in Chippenham, Wiltshire is now taking shape. We have several great examples of our INSTAspace flat pack units and our COMO 4 steel garden studio/ office. This is our best selling size (4m x 3m) and so we really want to show it off. Today we installed the herringbone flooring which looks rather spiffing. We will be next show-casing examples of great lighting - a question we get asked more than any.

Another great installation through our flat pack division :

INSTAspace has once again proven the unbeatable versatility of its flat pack buildings with the successful installation of four 2m x 2m flat pack offices for a leading facilities management company.

The client faced a tough challenge: they urgently needed extra storage space, but the only available area was in a multi-storey car park with a ceiling height of just 2.6m. To make things even trickier, the ramps only allowed access for vehicles under 2m in height – ruling out any chance of delivering a traditional jack-leg cabin.

That’s where INSTAspace flat packs came in. Delivered safely by pallet truck, the units were easily dismantled and rebuilt inside the car park. To counteract the natural fall of the car park floor, INSTAspace fitted the offices with its adjustable feet system, ensuring a perfectly level finish.

The entire project was completed in just two days, with the client praising the speed, professionalism, and hassle-free installation – especially as they didn’t want to get involved in the build themselves.

This project is yet another great showcase of why INSTAspace flat pack offices are the go-to solution for restricted-access sites: quick to install, insulated for comfort, and cost-effective for businesses who need space fast.
