Last week we finished this small project in Biggin Hill removing both the old aluminium sliders as well as the window. We replaced them with Smart aluminium bi-folding doors and a window to match the rest of the property from our last visit a few years prior.
Upon our initial survey we identified there was no lintel above both of these apertures. Big thanks to for coming in and installing two new lintels and helping make sure it was safe to remove and install our products. 👏🏻
We also had the issue of a large threshold on the old doors causing a huge step to get in and out of the property. The client advised us that they would be changing the patio in due course, so we lifted the patio which gave us the ability to lower the new doors and therefore reducing the step in and out of the property considerably!
