Oddly satisfying to watch… but unfortunately a completely unnecessary expense for our customer! 😢

All of this paint is having to be scraped back because the original walls weren’t prepared properly before decorating 😭

What should have been a simple repaint has turned into a bigger job! 😤

That’s why it is SO IMPORTANT to pick the right trades people who don’t cut corners! ❤️

From a cold conservatory… to a warm, comfortable living space 🔥

This project in Coulsdon, started with a damaged floor following a leak 💦 We stripped everything back to the concrete slab before rebuilding the floor with a fully insulated base and complete underfloor heating system — now ready for screed and finished with luxury Karndean LVT flooring.

✔️ Damaged floor removed back to concrete
✔️ Insulation boards fitted for maximum heat efficiency
✔️ Decoupling membrane installed
✔️ Electric underfloor heating professionally laid and tested
✔️ Ready for screed and Karndean luxury vinyl tiles

Conservatories are often the coldest room in the house, but underfloor heating completely transforms the space — providing consistent, energy-efficient warmth all year round ❤️

Take a look at this recent bathroom transformation 👇

We stripped the room right back to brick and replaced the bath with a sleek new shower enclosure 🚿

The basin was repositioned to open up the space, creating a much more practical layout.

The client chose some beautiful fitted units to complete the look — and we think the results speak for themselves! ❤️

They also chose flooring, tiles from - and other products from & along with products from more AMAZING brands! 🎉
