Good progress on our new job started this morning in Cramlington.
Porcelain patios and path in Dart silver, wall and steps clad in porcelain and new corner patio.
Sleepers to the side of the house and large patio area going in.

Completed today in Cramlington. 15 days work. The customer was keen to use the existing sandstone paving and the block paving we lifted from his old drive last year. We added sleeper beds and a small wall to raise the lawn and block paved area.
24 tonnes out. 16 tonnes of soil, 12 tonnes of hardcore, 10 tonnes of sharp sand, 40 bags of cement, 34 sleepers etc etc etc.

We are currently booked until September. We have 25 people on the list for estimates in June. We generally convert around 90% so that would mean we will be booked until summer 2027.

Completed today in Blyth. We removed the whole garden with a JCB. We built a new 15m x 1.8m fence and gate. We split the garden into two levels with the raised beds, built the steps and laid anthracite porcelain. 20 sleepers, 9 tons of sub base, 3 tons of sand. Top soil and ice blue gravel to finish.

Completed in Cramlington today.
11 days work. New wall and cladding. Patio, paths, 4 manhole covers, aco drains and new steps.

The wall was falling down and too close to the conservatory. We dug into the garden and built a block wall on new foundations. Wall clad with anthracite porcelain and patio laid in light grey 600x900mm porcelain. Topsoil to finish.

Lovely weather today in Cramlington and finally able to get some quality turf. We left this job a month ago, the ground was soaking and the turf available was really poor.
Worth the wait, we rotovated, levelled and added 3 tons of premium top soil.
