The British Airways Concorde Supersonic Jet seen yesterday casually floating up the east river under the Brooklyn Bridge. It was being moved from the Intrepid Sea, Air & Space Museum to the Brooklyn Navy Yard to undergo some restoration and will be back on display next year!

Natural Swimming Pools and Pond Renovations.

Enjoy a natural bathing experience free of harmful chemicals. Swim in silky soft natural water all year round. Incorporating UV technology and natural plant filtration to deliver natural clean water.

Created from an existing old farm dug out this swim pond boasts a cutting edge Butyl Liner, dual pump and UV system and an oxygenating planting scheme. A rock and gabion basket sytsem filled with quarried Kent Rag stone supports a 20 square meter composite deck over a hardwood frame.

This decking compliments the space and allows the client to enjoy their summer evenings sat by the pool, the decking is also large enough for a morning yoga practice with friends or a tranquil breakfast before a busy day.

The pool itself is terraced wherby a deeper swimming channel is surrounded by a shallow terrace. This allows for plants and submerged rocky features and incorporates an area where children can paddle supervised clear of the deeper water.

Whilst only recently finished this pond already enhances the property and gives a focul point upon entry, it blends into the lanscape and affords a stunning peaceful space, it is also attracting an abundance of wildlife, dragonflies, frogs, newts and bird life. You wouldnt get all of that with a chlorinated pool.

We can undertake initial free site survey and design consultation. We can pull together your design brief, survey the layout of the existing garden and how you want the pond to look, what water features or rock formations you would like and what you would like to invest in the project.
