The tropical vibe continues with pineapple and passion fruit compote filling and coconut and pistachio buttercream.

Wild flowers was the theme of this cake - I’ve been wanting to try a design like this for a while and glad it turned out as I imagined.
I loved making the rose petals on top, and think they could work really well on a wedding/anniversary cake.
The sage frosting is white chocolate buttercream, which is my new, favourite icing!
