Recent bathroom completed. This started out with just the taping & filling of the new plasterboard ceiling and walls & a simple paint of the ceiling and walls.

With the client having the right mindset to what they wanted, they added the wood panelling & choose to wallpaper to the top half of the walls & what a transformation! The colour of the panelling with the wallpaper works well!

Ceiling - Zinsser Perma white
Wood panelling - 1 primer, 1 undercoat & finished in 2 coats of Johnstone acrylic eggshell tinted to Piano White
Skirtings, window surround and facings - 1 undercoat & top coat of aqua guard
Top half of walls wallpapered then sealed with a couple coats of Polyvine decorators dead matt varnish to make it bulletproof from the steam of the shower!

Ready for J brown Plumbing and Heating to fit the bathroom suite to finish it off completely.

MDF media unit recently completed. Huge amount of work involved in hand painting one of these, more than some people realise.

This got 2 coats of dark grey undercoat
Followed by 2 top coats of water based satin tinted to farrow & ball down pipe.

A lot of filling & sanding in between coats giving it the perfect finish.

Shoutout to Bryce Joinery for his hard work involved making it 🔨 Give him a shout if you’re needing any joinery work.

First exterior project completed this week ☀️ 🏠

Complete colour change on the dormer windows, doors & windows surrounds. Fascia and base around the staying black.

Dormers finished in Gori 99 Extreme tinted to Farrow & ball Worsted.
Doors finished in Bradite one can tinted to Farrow & ball Worsted.
Window surrounds finished in Sandtex smooth masonry tinted to Farrow & ball Worsted
Fascia finished in Bradite one can black
Brick work base finished in Sandtex smooth masonry black

Overall finished project looking great & what a week of weather to do it in ☀️

Recent job completed. 2 bedrooms with en suites taped & filled & painted.

Ceiling & walls finished in white Matt.
Bare MDF Wood work finished in white satin.
En-suites ceiling & walls finished in Perma white. Panelling dove grey.

There was other various areas of the house that were needing taped & filled. Sanded & Finished in white Matt.
Bare MDF Facings, skirtings & window sills that were finished in white satin.

Recent taping job completed at a new gym opening soon! Roughly around 200m2 of plasterboard taped & filled. The larger room was a mission with the high ceilings but we got there in the end.

Ceiling & walls finished in Macpherson durable acrylic white matt

Feature wall finished in Johnstones vinyl Matt F&B Stiffkey blue

Wood work undercoated & finished in Johnstones aqua guard.

Cupboard doors finished in Johnstone’s aqua guard F&B Stiffkey blue. Finish the rooms off nicely

Hopefully return in the better weather to transform the exterior on this one too. ☀️
