Please take a look our latest bathroom renovation completed last week for a lovely couple in Waterloo! ☺️
This bathroom was completed with;
✅ Bathroom completely taken out.
✅ New plasterboards fitted to shower area.
✅ All electrics first and second fixed for lights and inline extractor fan.
✅ Ceiling and all walls half way down freshly plastered.
✅ Ceiling and all walls freshly painted.
✅ 6 x new led lights installed.
✅ All walls fitted out with v groove pine cladding, pine dado rail and also pine skirting boards.
✅ All walls fitted panels and boiler cupboard freshly painted.
✅ Sections of floor boards replaced with new 22mm chipboard flooring.
✅ Entire bathroom floor fitted with new plywood.
✅ Floor completely self levelled.
✅ All waste pipework replaced to suit sink, bath and shower.
✅ All hot and cold pipework replaced where required with new pipe and fittings to suit new bathroom layout.
✅ Central heating pipes altered and replaced to suit new position of the radiator.
✅ A new shower tray installed.
✅ Shower area fully tiled, and finished with white tile trims.
✅ Floor completely tiled.
✅ A new free standing bath fitted.
✅ A new chrome heated towel radiator installed.
✅ A new chrome shower fitted.
✅ New chrome shower cubicle installed.
✅ A new sink and chrome taps installed.
✅ A new toilet installed in new position.
✅ A new extractor fan installed.
