Mikel Arteta took over an Arsenal squad in disarray post-Wenger and after Unai Emery's spell ended in disaster not long after a dismal Europa League final loss.

He had to handle complex situations with star men Mesut Özil & Pierre-Emerick Aubameyang, embed a new generation into the squad and start a squad from scratch in his first ever managerial job.

Now Arsenal are top of the Premier League. He has the league's best centre back so far this season in William Saliba. He's unleashed Granit Xhaka in a new role he thrives in & has Gabriel Jesus leading an exciting, dynamic attack.

He got given time, now he's reaping rewards 👏🔴
