The Times has revealed the most expensive roads for houses outside London, and Brookmans Avenue in Brookmans Park has been ranked 6th!

I feel incredibly proud to have had the opportunity to design a number of the beautiful homes along this road over the years, and to still be working on projects there today.

Having attended both schools in Brookmans Park, I’ve seen first-hand how the area has evolved and improved over time. That connection makes working on projects in the village particularly special, and some of the most enjoyable work I get to be part of.

Great architecture isn’t just about buildings — it’s about creating homes, communities, and places people truly value. Seeing Brookmans Avenue receive this recognition is a reminder of the lasting impact thoughtful design can have.

BEFORE AND AFTER - We are proud to have designed this two storey rear extension and created a pitched roof space over the existing extension in Brookmans Park, Hertfordshire.

We completed the full design package from concept to completion. Householder Planning Approval was achieved first time.

Building Regulation Drawings were created and structural calculations. Ready for the contractors to complete the works.

Before and After …


Featuring one of my favourite projects in Brookmans Park where the original house has been totally transformed inside and out. A whole new appearance has been created by repositioning windows, changing the external materials and a small dormer constructed over the garage to create an enlarged dual aspect bedroom.

The before of the is single storey rear extension, a dilapidated conservatory that was cold and leaked. Like many homeowners who have these PVC structures, they are often only usable a few weeks a year. By re-building the space is useable all year around and has improved the layout of the house drastically.
