* Supply & Fit new internal oak doors with matt black hinges & matt black rose curved handles.
* Supply & Fit new 500mm base unit.
* Supply & Fit new gloss white unit doors & drawers from Howdens handless range.
* Supply & Fit new gloss white kickboards & worktop support panels.
* Supply & Fit new kitchen tap.
* Remove all silicone work from kitchen worktops/splashbacks and redo.
* Remove and dispose of all stripped out materials.

* Add additional support to existing joists.
* Supply & Fit new soft closing loft hatch and ladder.
* Fit decorative facing around the new loft hatch.
* Supply & Fit timbers across the existing joists and fit chipboard flooring.

Some before, during & after photos of a recent Kitchen Refurb job completed in Sanquhar.
* Full kitchen strip out & disposal of all waste from site.
* Rewire kitchen & Fit new mains electric board.
* Lower kitchen ceiling, add in led spot lighting & sheet ceiling with Matt white pvc cladding.
* Cut back all domestic plumbing, repipe kitchen sink, outside tap & radiator.
* Screed kitchen floor with self levelling compound.
* Fit waterproof concrete effect laminate tiles to the kitchen floor.
* Alter kitchen door opening & fit new glazed door.
* Supply & Fit Howdens dove grey kitchen units, tbar handles, marble effect worktops, composite sink & tap + new appliances.
* Clad 2 walls with marble effect wall boards & 2 walls with concrete effect wall boards.
* Fit & Paint coving to the ceiling.

Today saw us completing some Fire & Door Compliance works for one of our clients.

• Fire Door Safety & Servicing.
• Fire Door Signage.
• Securing Fire Extinguisher Works.
• Fitting Fire Blankets.
• Fitting Fire Rated Door Closers.
• Changing Euro Cylinder Locks to Fire Rated Euro Thumb Turn Locks.

All works were identified by an independent fire inspector and remedial works passed onto Venture 👍🏻
