The rip out has officially started in the Kinghorn Project 🔨🏠

Unfortunately, we’ve uncovered a few rotten joists 🙄 Nothing too major, but we’ve decided to replace them all and start fresh to make sure everything is right from the ground up. 💪🏼

Looking forward to getting stuck into this project once the new joists are in. Plenty more to come, so stay tuned for more content 👀🔨

Another project over the line! 🏠🤩

This one certainly came with its challenges. Being an old tenement building, there were plenty of awkward areas and unexpected issues along the way — anyone who has worked on these types of properties will know exactly what we mean 🙂

The flat received the full works, including a complete rewire, full re-plumb and replacement of everything throughout to bring it right up to a modern standard ✅🤌🏽

Although it’s a smaller flat, the location makes it a fantastic investment opportunity. Situated in the highly sought-after Battlefield, Shawlands, it’s an area with strong demand and plenty of potential.

A clean, simple design ✅ . We used marble-effect wetwall throughout the shower area, paired with real oak flooring and contrasting matte black taps and shower fittings.
