We offer the following services: General Building Work, Inside & Out including: • Extensions, Conservatories, Loft conversions, Garages & Garage conversions An architectural service is available or we are happy to work with customers own sourced plans • Sheds and Summer houses • Fitted kitchens, Bathrooms & Utility rooms • Driveways, Patios, Decking, Paving, Brick walls & Fencing • Office partitions, Cabling, Work stations, Work tops, Reception areas & Disabled access ramps Renovations & Refurbishments including: Electrical: • From installing more sockets to re-wiring complete house • Work carried out by fully qualified NICEIC registered electrician Plastering: • From removing old lath and plaster walls to plastering walls and ceilings ready to decorate • Rendering and Pebbledashing outside walls Painting & Decorating: • Painting walls and woodwork both inside and out • Wallpapering rooms and stairwells Tiling and Flooring: • From tiling around bath, sinks and toilets to entire walls and floors using terracotta, ceramic and porcelain tiles of all sizes • Wood and vinyl floors laid Carpentry & Joinery: • Hanging doors, fitting work tops, new skirting, boxing in cables, pipe work and meters, making shelving and cupboards to fit in alcoves and under stairs, fitting loft stairs. Plumbing: • From fitting new taps, capping old pipes, moving baths, sinks and toilets to refitting bathroom and kitchen • All gas work would be referred to a Gas Safe registered plumber.
