Works carried out included:
Re wiring all sockets
Plastering
Plumbing work
Washing machine integrated into the peninsula, with removable panal created to enable future access to all plumbing.

It was a pleasure to transform this shower room for our customer in Darlington.

The old shower and basin were incorrectly connected to the fresh water dranage, and their had never been a toilet installed in the room.

Works involved included:

* Moving the basin to make space for the addition of the toilet.
*Adding in pipework above and below ground, connecting into the sewage pipework.
*Application and paperwork for a building notice, keeping in line with building regulations.
*Skimming the ceiling
*Fitting new suite
*Replacing skirting board
*Tiling
*Painting

I was sure I had put this one up, however, I can't seem to find it.

This is a kitchen we fitted with a lovely waterfall edge. We protected the original tiled floor.

Later, we converted the garage into a utility, with a similar style to the kitchen helping it to flow.

As always, we did all all aspects of the job; keeping it stress-free for our customers with no need to organise different trades.

Another one we didn't get round to posting:

After previously removing a wall to create an open-plan kitchen and dining room as well as fittings a new kitchen, we were asked to carry out a remodel of this customer's bathroom.

Work carried out included:

* Modifying wall shape (including plastering work) to increases the size of the bathroom
* Fitting roof vent slate and inline extractor fan
* Electrical work
* Plumbing
* Flooring
* Fitting of bathroom furniture

We had a busy year this year and haven't had chance to keep up with social media.
We hope you all had a lovely Christmas and look forward to seeing what the new year has in store.

It was a pleasure to renovate this en-suite for an existing customer. Work carried out included:

* Removal of old ensuite
* Re boarding walls
* Plastering
*Painting
*Plumbing
*Electrical
*Tiling
*Flooring throughout bedroom into en-suite
*Fitting of new en-suite furniture.

Over the next few weeks we aim to catch up, adding more of our previous work to the page. Keep an eye on it :-).

It was a real pleasure to bring our customers vision into reality on this project. Taking an old outhouse and converting it into a utility room and downstairs WC. Work carried out involved:

Bricking up door and window
Knocking through into main house
Dampproof course Injected
Insulating floor, walls and ceiling
Hot and cold pipework and radiator pipes added in
New rcd added with new lighting and ring main added
Manhole and drainage added
Stud wall built, room plasterboard and skimmed.
Toilet and basin installed
Door hung
Skirting board and arctrave fitted.
LVT flooring installed
Rooms mist coated and painted white.
All building control administration completed by ourselves.
