Before and after on this transformation. Opens the front right open. Didn't want any maintenance and more parking space so here we go.

Throwback to a little hack in saving time in laying these lovely Italian porcelain tiles. Lay them full bond and then go after and cut the middle out so it gives it the brick bond effect.
