Whilst I was waiting for liquid mask to dry I took advantage of the nice weather today and put some work in on a new module for my micro crawler course.

Finally some nice weather!! It was a hot and sweaty day at the track yesterday but I managed to keep my cool and bag a couple of podiums.

Pushed my HoBao truggy to third in the B final and managed to get third in the buggy A final. It was a tricky day plagued with some mechanical issues to start with so I’m really stoked to have pulled myself together to get some solid results.

Many thanks as always to for all the help and support!! I had electrical problems last week but they moved heaven and earth to get me the parts I needed to get my rig back up and running for race day.

Also thanks to for the HoBao care package, was wearing my new top with pride all day!

I’m at the track again this Saturday for open practice, if you’re local come pop along for some fun 🤘😁🤘

I made a bit more progress on my crawler the other day, hoping to enter it into the budget comp.

Got all the links attached, both the ones I made from an old sieve and some stock ones. Put a bend in the front lowers the make them a bit shorter and give some clearance.

Had to remove a bit of material from the steering knuckles to get a bit more clearance for the steering.

Next up is a load of cheap upgrades from Ali express, get the electrics in and body mounted. Then a full tear down ready for some paint.

Having loads of fun with this so far it’s awesome seeing a creation come to life!

Having a chill day and starting work on resurrecting this classic from my stable.

It’s quite grotty so I’m using all my products to give it a thorough degrease, clean and l**e before re-assembly 🐮
