Had some fun and games on this one!

This bathroom in Chaddesden, Derby ended up having to be stripped back to bare brick and a lot of pipework sorted before we could put it back together again.

After working quite a few longer days to keep on top of the project we still finished on time, keeping the current customer happy as well as preventing any knock on effect to my diary and waiting customers that were booked in!

Here are the before and after photos of a family bathroom completed recently in Oakwood, Derby for a repeat customer.

Ceiling skimmed smooth, walls tiled, click vinyl herringbone floor.

All ready for them to finish off with the orange paint (customer put a couple of coats on before we fitted the radiator and mirror)

This En-suite was completed a few weeks ago in Mickleover, Derby.

Removed a large boxed in area behind the toilet in order to make better use of the space in the room. Amazing how much bigger it made the room feel.

En-suite shower room completed this week in Oakwood, Derby

This customer had leaks from their toilet and shower and had previously had a new shower tray fitted after the first one cracked due to poor fitting. As you can see from the photos of the wood under the replacement shower tray the next fitter had no idea either leading the new tray to also crack and leak.

All ripped out and replaced with a tray with appropriate leg kit. Large format tiles. These tiles really make the room stand out and look amazing. I’m looking forward to seeing the final product once the customer has decorated!

A smaller job completed a few weeks ago in Spondon, Derby.

This customers shower was leaking into the kitchen below but unfortunately due to the way the shower had been previously fitted before tiling, trapping the shower in and therefore unable to repair, meant that the tiles had to come off and be replaced.

Tiles off, new shower tray fitted but cleaned up and reused the old enclosure. Changed the pipework to install a standard mixer shower with rainfall head to make any future changes a lot more straightforward and easier. Then fitted aqua panels for low maintenance with no grout.
